Moto Chair with wheel base. qty 1 - COMPLETED
Crown swivel Barstool with cowhide cushions, 28" high - qty 1 of 4
Stuffed Chair with inner-tube upholstery 1 of 4
Stuffed Chair with inner-tube upholstery 2 of 4 - frame assembled
Items that we still need to complete:
Crown Swivel Barstool with cowhide cushion - qty 3
Beach Star Roller Moto Chair with casters - qty 1
Stuffed Chair with inner-tube upholstery - qty 2
Modulus Lounge Chairs - qty 2 As I mentioned before these Modulus Lounge Chairs will be a challenge to build at an 18" seat height. One of the things that have taken a lot of time has been for me to reconfigure the Milano and Stuffed Chairs to get them to be able to have an 18" seat height. I have not made a Modulus Chair in that height. My experience with making the Milano Chair in the 18" height tells me that making the Modulus with inner-tube upholstery at 18" (and still be durable) may not be possible. I may be able to do it with vinyl cushions like the one in the picture above next to the one of the other Modulus on the beach.
I would also still like to suggest another option in place of the 2 Modulus Chairs. Our S-2 Chair. I can make them with an 18" seat height without delay. They can be either vinyl cushions or inner-tube upholstery.
Production schedule remaining is this:
1. Finish the second, and build the 3rd and 4th Stuffed Chairs. Could have them done by Wednesday or Thursday.
2. Build the remaining 3 Crown swivel stools, which will take about 3 days.
3. Build the 2 Modulus (or S-2) Chairs, which will take about 2-4 days depending on what version you decide to go with.
4. Build the last piece, The Moto Chair with casters. This is the hardest for me to build. It could take a week.
The chair below was made in an attempt to redesign the Stuffed Chair that you ordered. When I was having trouble getting the seat height to 18", I thought this configuration would be a solution, and spent a lot of time building it. Anyway, I solved the problem with the original Stuffed Chair, but I still have this prototype of the Stuffed Chair Type 2. It can have arms or no arms. Anyway, I could finish it and replace one of your chairs with this one, or add this chair to your other chairs if you are interested.
