Ordering and Shipping:
Some Bike Furniture Design products are now available by using a Paypal shopping cart option. Simply click the button next to the price of the item that you want and you will be taken to the Paypal website. You will be asked to enter quantity, shipping and payment information. These items generally ship in 1 week.

For items that do not have the shopping cart, please call or email (andy@bikefurniture.com) Bike Furniture Design to order the product(s) you desire.

Upon receipt of your request, we will check availability and email you with an estimated ship-out date and carrier. (Residents of the state of Michigan will have sales tax added to their total.)

Items with the shopping cart option will be shipped to you within 1 to 7 days.

All major credit cards are accepted either by phone or online via Paypal.
Money Orders and personal checks mailed to Bike Furniture Design are also accepted. Please note that personal checks may need to clear before items are shipped.

Most of our products are shipped via FedEx Ground. Items too large to ship via FedEx Ground will be shipped via truck or a specialized carrier. In most cases, these carriers will call you prior to delivering your order to arrange a delivery appointment during regular business hours.

All shipments are insured and are shipped to you within 24 hours to 3 weeks depending on options and current stock levels.
Your item(s) will be shipped along with care instructions and a brochure.

Returns:
If there is a problem with your order, please notify us immediately so that we may work with you to arrange a return, replacemen, credit. or refund.
Returns will be accepted if returned within 1 week of delivery date.
Returns must be insured for the full amount of purchase and returned in original condition.
Refunds of the purchase price less shipping and handling will be granted for non-custom items.
Refunds of 50% will be granted on custom items.

All shipping, handling, and insurance will be paid by the customer.
