Vector Lounge Chair - Assembly Instructions

•The Vector Lounge Chair with the chair back removed. Assembly is accomplished with 6 bolts. You will need a phillips screwdriver and 2 10mm wrenches or adjustable wrenches or pliers.

•See reference photos below.

•Place chair back onto the brackets on the chair frame while taking care to align holes with the threaded inserts on the brackets. The there are 2 holes on the chair back that has blue tape next to it. That is the bottom center.

•Insert the 2 bolts and washers from the top at the bottom center holes. Don’t add the nuts until after the 4 other bolts are installed in the threaded inserts on the brackets.

•Insert the remaining 4 bolts/washers but do not tighten them. You may need to wiggle or push down on the rim to get the holes in the chair back aligned with the threaded inserts in the brackets.

•When you have lightly threaded the 4 bolts into the brackets (take care not to cross-thread), tighten them all.

•Add the nuts to the bottom 2 bolts and tighten.

•Remove tape.
